How to Make Your Face Thinner

When I was researching how to get a thinner face, I did a search for "How to Make Your Face Thinner" and discovered many tips to lose weight in my face.  I had already achieved my goal body weight but it just seemed that those last stubborn pounds were in my face -- even though I know that's an exaggeration.  But still, it felt like it. My friend once told me, "Your face is your calling card."  And, it is.  It's the first thing people notice.  Because I knew and felt this, not having the lean face that I desired was affecting my self-esteem.  This carried over into my performance at work, in my social life, and into my relationships.  There comes a point at which you get sick and tired of the status quo and you are determined to do something about your situation.  This was where I was at. I had already been following a somewhat healthy eating regimen but what helped me was a complete plan that was easy to follow and most importantly, worked.

This plan took me by the hand and showed exactly what steps to take to tone up my face and make my face slimmer.

If you're trying to find out how to make your face thinner, I would look on the internet for the different programs available and pick the program that gives you the best feeling in your "gut" so to speak.  That's what I did.  I'd like to share my before and after pics below. [caption id="attachment_40" align="alignleft" width="436" caption="My Before and After Pics"]How to Make Your Face Thinner[/caption] Personally, I am pleased at the results.  I have a wide, square   jaw so I am not going to have the oval-shaped face.  I'm fine with that.  What was important to me was to have the leanest face I could.  You can have the lean face you want regardless of your face shape.  Beauty comes in all face shapes. What's not attractive though is excess fat. Just like anything in life, it takes a plan, the actions to back up that plan and the patience to allow the results to take shape. Exercises to Tone the Neck and Chin

Over time, gravity takes it toll on all parts of our body. In the face, the neck and chin are two (2) of the most prominent, gravity-affected areas which give clues to how old you are. So, learning how to tone these two areas up and fight gravity is essential to learning how to make your face thinner. Let's discuss an exercise that is an effective weapon at fighting back at the force of gravity. Let's discuss that dreaded double-chin. In a straight-back chair, sit straight up. Tilt your head backwards so that you are facing the ceiling. Purse your lips together. Then, round your lips and blow. Count to 20. Slowly lower your head back to the starting position. Relax your face and body and look straight ahead of you. Perform this exercise for 5 minutes daily. This will help fight that double chin. Let's discuss some exercises that will serve to tone the neck. Start by tilting your head back gradually to the farthest extent that you possibly can. You should feel a pull on your neck muscles. Then, thrust your lower jaw back and forth. Perform this exercise 10 times every day to tighten up those neck muscles and thin your face. Here's another exercise that will tone your neck. Sit in a chair that's straight-backed. Then, tilt your head back so that you are looking up at the ceiling. Relax your lips and then move your lower lip over your upper lip. Do a count to 10. Stop. Move your lips back into their normal position. Repeat this 5-10 minutes each day.
